38 | Breast Cancer Survivor Kelly Kohn: Her Health & Fitness Journey, Winning the Battle Against Breast Cancer, and Her Passion to Pursue Her Dreams & Help Other Women

Today I’m chatting with Kelly Kohn.  I discovered Kelly recently on Instagram from a post on Women Who Lift Weights and I was intrigued immediately by her story and her bubbly, encouraging personality and her daily motivational fitness reels on her IG page. Kelly is a mom to 3 boys, struggled with weight and exercise for years and then finally was able to lose over 80lbs.  In September 2023, Kelly began pursuing her dream of being a personal trainer when in October 2023 she was hit with the news that she had breast cancer.  But Kelly is now a breast cancer SURVIVOR!!  I like to say breast cancer THRIVER.  She is using her pain for her purpose and I love it!
