HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!🥳

 

Today is the ONE year anniversary of YOUR AGE IS NOT YOUR CAGE PODCAST! I released my very first podcast the same week I donated a kidney!! It was a very BIG week in my life and one I’ll never forget!

 

Thank you to all my amazing guests for spending your precious time with me and sharing your inspirational stories and wisdom that have changed lives!

 

Thank you to my guests and my listeners for sticking with me as a “newbie” podcaster that is still learning as I go! You won’t find perfection here or perfect sound or perfect video or perfect pics. What you will find is authenticity, vulnerability, friendship, wisdom, laughter, tears, and so much love.
