48 | Drink Water! Why Hydration Is Crucial To Your Health

On today’s summer short solo episode I’m talking about hydration.  Are you a water drinker?  Do you drink enough water?  Thankfully I love water and I’m never without my water bottle nearby.  I can’t imagine NOT drinking water on a consistent basis! 

 

But that’s not all that’s important about hydration.  You also want to be sure your body is getting enough electrolytes daily.  I share today about all things hydration, the benefits for your body, and key takeaways to help you in increasing your daily water intake.
