EP11: Ginny MacColl | 71 Year-Old American Ninja Warrior

In this episode, I chat with my inspiration, Ginny MacColl who is the oldest person to complete an obstacle on American Ninja Warrior!  She is 71 years young and wow what an inspiration she is to anyone that follows her life story.  She is truly amazing!

 

Ginny is an actress, dancer, and competitive athlete in both Ninja and swimming.  She began her career in NYC as a dancer on Broadway. After a 20-year hiatus to raise her family, Ginny rekindled her acting career in retirement in Southport, NC.  Ginny began strength training with her daughter Jessie Graff @jessiegraffpwr, who has gone farther than any female on American Ninja Warrior.  At 63 years old, Ginny did her very first pull-up! She later competed on American Ninja Warrior on seasons 9, 10, and 15. 

 

Now at 71 years old, Ginny continues to compete regionally in Ninja competitions and local, state, and national swim meets. She also has appeared in several movies & TV shows!
