Pauline is a 71-year old ON-FIRE fitness coach! She is an online fitness trainer on her Youtube channel: Ageless Fitness Lifestyle. You can’t help but be inspired by the joy, enthusiasm and zest for a healthy lifestyle that Pauline has. She loves to work with women of all ages (particularly over 50) challenging them to wake up the fitness warrior within. She’ll inspire you to truly believe that you’re never too old and it’s not too late!

Pauline’s passion is driven by her desire to show women that you can do anything at any age. She believes, like me, that it’s time to defy what the world is telling us about aging and show them that getting older only means you’re getting wiser, more confident, and loving life even more than when you were younger.

Aging is beautiful! We’re not unseen or forgotten. We’re just getting started! You can feel good, energized, strong, and accomplish amazing things when you get your mindset right, rely fully on your faith in God, and get that body moving now!!
